Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
• Returns are accepted within 1-5 days of the delivery date (choose one time frame and keep it consistent on your site).
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Sale or clearance items may be final sale and not eligible for return or refund (you decide this).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
• After reviewing the claim, a replacement, store credit, or refund will be arranged.
How to Start a Return
• Email customer support at your email with your order number and reason for return.
• If the return is approved, instructions and a return address will be provided.
• Depending on your choice, the customer or the store covers return shipping costs (pick one policy and state it clearly).
Refund Process
• Once the return is received and inspected, an email will confirm approval or rejection of the refund.
• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
